About Me – Hospitality With Heart

Hello, I’m Pablo. I live in Scotland now, but my journey here has been anything but straight. Over the years, life, work, and love have taken me across several countries — and in the end, love brought me to Scotland, and the Highlands made me stay.

I’ve worked in tourism my entire life since graduating from university — from hotels and conference centres to tour operators and travel tech companies. I’ve been in just about every department you can think of: purchasing, reception, reservations, management, sales, marketing, and even accounting. I know the hotel world inside out, and I’ve kept up with the technology — from the systems we used years ago to what’s coming next.

Tourism has always appealed to me because I’m naturally curious and love meeting people from all over the world. In this industry, you’re surrounded by that mix of cultures every day — whether it’s guests walking through the door or colleagues working alongside you. We’re all a bit nomadic in hospitality, and I think that’s part of the magic.

I’ve also worked with tour operators, congress centres, and companies specialising in hospitality IT solutions and revenue management. Some of the names I’ve been proud to work with include AC Hotels by Marriott, HOTUSA, World Trade Center Barcelona, and Perle Hotels here in the UK.

I started this consultancy because I believe the experience I’ve gathered over the years can make a real difference here in Scotland, especially in smaller independent hotels, B&Bs, and guesthouses. Many of these wonderful places don’t have dedicated sales or marketing teams, yet they compete with larger chains every day. I want to help level the playing field — combining my knowledge of operations, sales, marketing, and revenue management with a personal, hands-on approach.
